Choosing a technology partner is not unlike choosing a doctor. You want someone who is not only up to date on the latest advancements but who has the experience to recognize and diagnose your symptoms, to distinguish marketing hype from worthwhile and even necessary treatments. You also need an advisor you can trust, someone who will tell you when a task is not warranted or is outside their area of expertise.
MCB Systems was founded in 1989 by Mark Berry, who is still its principal. Mark has a broad background in the computer industry in the fields of systems analysis, technical writing, database programming, software sales, and product support. Four years working for Hewlett-Packard in Germany bring an international perspective to Mark’s background; he still enjoys speaking German.
Of course Mark stays abreast of the latest developments affecting small business computing, buts it’s his analytical skill, backed by years solving customer problems, that brings extra value to each engagement. Customers appreciate Mark’s ability to understand their unique requirements and to suggest technical solutions to their business problems.
Mark is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, a 3CX Advanced Certified Engineer, and holds a B.A. in Computer Studies from Northwestern University. Go Wildcats!
After reviewing options from two other service providers, the Trustees decided to engage Mark’s company, MCB Systems, to continue its comprehensive maintenance of our technology infrastructure. Our decision was based on Mark’s trustworthiness, thoroughness, reliability, responsiveness, and high level of competence.
It is a tremendous help to me in my pastoral work to know that all … systems will always be “go,” ready and waiting when I need them. I encourage you to give Mr. Berry every consideration as you explore the ways technology can support and enhance your ministry.

Mark single-handedly developed our Trust Administration system that we have been using since 2005 based on our requirements. His ability to understand our complex administration processes and translate them into a user friendly and workable system was an incredible feat of development and programming skill.
Mark is very personable and a deep thinker that will get through the most difficult problems. Thank you for all the effort you have put into assisting my staff with tweaks and adjustments throughout the years.
